Cotton striped skirt, Forever 21, acquired ‘07. I don’t usually recommend Forever 21, as their clothes are cute but also trendy and ultra disposable. That said, this one has stood the test of time, and I’m always amazed at how people of many ages respond favorably, not realizing that it is from a store for tiny-waisted teeny-boppers.
